Manage and oversee global payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Ensure compliance with international payroll laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.Develop and implement strategies to optimize payroll processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and finance, to align payroll strategies with business objectives.Lead a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.Monitor and address payroll-related risks and implement corrective measures as needed.Drive the adoption of technology and automation to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of payroll systems.Prepare and present payroll reports and analytics to senior management, offering insights for decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful SVP Global Payroll should have:
A strong educational background in finance, human resources, or related fields.Proven expertise in managing global payroll operations and compliance with international regulations.Proficiency in payroll systems and familiarity with advanced payroll technologies.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.Ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in the financial services consultancy industry is highly desirable.
