Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on strategic and financial matters.
- Assist the Partner in origination activities by creating pitch materials, spotting opportunities, and participating in client interactions.
- Lead the execution of live M&A and IPO mandates, coordinating with various stakeholders and overseeing financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Supervise analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality work output and fostering their professional growth.
- Advise clients on market trends, valuation benchmarks, regulatory landscape, and potential transaction structures.

Qualifications Required
**
- Educational & Professional Background: MBA/CA/CFA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, preferably with exposure to IPOs and cross-border M&A.
- Transaction Experience: Demonstrated capability to manage deal execution from start to finish, including valuations, financial modeling, drafting transaction documents, investor interactions, and regulatory processes.
- Client Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted relationships, handle senior stakeholders, and contribute to origination efforts.
- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with TMT, FIG, Healthcare, RE, Infra, Industrials sectors with the ability to quickly grasp sector-specific dynamics.
