Job Overview
The Demand Planner SWAT (Strategic Work Action Team) role is a unique prospect to interact cross-functionally across Supply Chain sub-functions, with Org Units, and with a global team. This position will facilitate the demand review of the PEAK process (Integrated Business Planning Process) by working cross-functionally to develop and communicate the most accurate, unbiased demand operational demand plan for the supply chain plan. Facilitate dialogue regarding risks and opportunities to cross-functional teams, including operating unit senior leadership. Continuously leverage CI tools to streamline forecasting processes, improve forecast accuracy, and create supply chain efficiencies.
