ColruytGroup is a retail company with presence in Belgium, France, and India with morethan 33,000 employees. Most of them work daily with all kinds of IT systems, applications,and tools. When they encounter any issues with those systems, IT helpdesk technicianwill help them with advice and assistance.
As and ITHelpdesk technician, you will work at our IT helpdesk situated in Hyderabad,India and help employees with IT problems. You will use various channels suchas phone, mailbox, and lots of supporting software, and remote control andtroubleshooting tools. Necessary training will be provided initially, so thatyou learn all tasks step by step.
You will bepart of a very diverse and enthusiastic team where 'helping each other' is adaily motto.

IT background - You have a basic knowledge of IT and are handy with computers, and use of commonly used end-user applications. If you already have relevant training (e.g. as an IT administrator or PCtechnician), this is a plus.
Customer-oriented communicator - You are empathetic, listening andcalm. You assist every employee to the best of your ability, not only becauseit is your job but also and especially because you enjoy helping people.
Analytical and problem-solving - You can detect a problem quicklyby asking the right questions to the employee. You tackle every problem. Immediately and think of the most efficient solution independently.
Professionalism - You are an important point ofcontact within Colruyt Group. We therefore expect you to propagate the valuesof our company and to be professional in all your contacts.
Language skills - You communicate fluently inEnglish.
Your work location will Hyderabad, India. You will work on a rotating schedule between 06:00am and09:00pm (Mon-Fri).
