01Key Responsibilities
- Assist employees with day-to-day IT issues including tickets, laptops, logins, printers, and related requests.
- Set up new laptops and manage IT assets through proper tagging, tracking, and handover processes.
- Create and manage user accounts, reset passwords, and handle access provisioning.
- Ensure systems remain patched, secure, and backed up on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support as required.
- Maintain basic documentation to support team organization and knowledge sharing.
- Escalate recurring issues to the Team Lead for permanent resolution.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, BCA, B.Sc., or B.E.
- Proficient with Windows, Outlook, and standard office productivity software.
- Basic understanding of networks, Wi-Fi, and general office IT infrastructure.
- Some familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- A helpful and patient approach to working directly with end-users.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
