Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Requirements
- Analyze business and technical requirements for system software solutions
- Translate user needs into functional and technical specifications
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or replacements
Software & System Design
- Collaborate with developers and architects on system design
- Define system workflows, data flows, and integration points
- Ensure system designs align with business objectives and IT standards
Implementation & Configuration
- Support installation, configuration, and customization of system software
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and version releases
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during implementation
Testing & Validation
- Develop and execute system test plans and test cases
- Perform integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate system functionality, performance, and security
Monitoring & Support
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide Level 2/3 application and system support
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
