01Overview
Act as the primary Finance Super User for Oracle NetSuite owning system configuration, roles and permissions, workflows, saved searches, and customizations. Design, document, and implement finance processes and internal controls within NetSuite to support a scaling business. Lead ETL activities data migration, system integrations, and ongoing data flows between NetSuite and adjacent business systems (e.g., e-commerce, payroll, banking, POS). Build and maintain BI dashboards and management reporting using NetSuite SuiteAnalytics and/or third-party BI tools. Partner with accounting, FP&A, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Perform hands-on accounting work journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support as needed. Manage NetSuite releases/upgrades, evaluate new modules, SuiteApps, and third-party integrations. Train finance and cross-functional users on NetSuite functionality and process changes. Maintain clear documentation of system configuration, data flows, and standard operating procedures. Uphold data integrity, audit trail, and internal control standards across the ERP environment. .
