SAP System Analyst II, SAP BASIS is responsible for assisting on the installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security is met. Responsibilities are included, but not limited to:
System Performance and Monitoring Problem Support and Resolution System Administration Database & Operation Systems (OS) Management Documentation Testing & Validation Security, Audit and Compliance ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
System Performance & Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Manage SAP transports and maintain system integrity. Problem Support & Resolution: Collaborate with functional teams and developers for system changes and enhancements. Provide technical support for SAP-related incidents and service requests. System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, BW, APO, GATP, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.). Assist on performing system upgrades, enhancement packs, and kernel updates.
