Reference 260007XA Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION 1-3 years of experience in L1/L2 level Control-M Administration and scheduling, Maintenance, Enhancement, Production/Application Support, and Infrastructure Administration.Must be Infrastructure Administrator of Control-M and have deep knowledge and experience on the BMC Control-M platform as a whole, all of its core components (Server, EM,CCM, Agents, GUI, etc.)Perform upgrade/migration and new installation of Control-M/Server, Control-M/EM and AgentsShould have experience in DR/HA activityPerform daily analysis and reporting of productionInstalling, configuring Agents Plug-ins for Control-MShould have sound knowledge and hands-on on Control-M UtilityEvaluate system performance and recommend the improvementDocument technical and operational procedures for reference purposesTrack production incidents and work with cross-functional teams for resolutionShould have good knowledge and hands-on in control-M Rest APIGood knowledge on control-M job creation and its maintenance, calendar Creations/ MaintenanceResolving high priority issue related Control-MPerform maintenance activitiesL2 level of activities in Job Scheduling Environments Primary: Control-M; Secondary: UC4 / Autosys/JSC / Dollar UniverseKnowledge on both UNIX and Windows environments is mandatorySound knowledge to recommend suggestions that will comply with standards and best practicesShould have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; helps contribute to timely completion of project deliverables well short of scheduleMust resolve production high severity issues in a timely mannerProvide on-call support for production environment during non-business hoursRich exposure in automation & programming through UNIX shell scripting, Python or any other scripting language is added advantageControl-M and its core components (Server, EM,CCM, Agents, GUI, etc.)Good in UNIX & WINDOWS OSITIL certifiedMust have managed the complex environmentsMust have Control-M Infrastructure Administration knowledge Required Profile required Good in UNIX & WINDOWS OSITIL certifiedMust have managed the complex environmentsMust have Control-M Infrastructure Administration knowledge Why join us We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
