This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Tableau Business Analyst to support the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in a business-facing environment. The role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, performing data analysis, and supporting the design and validation of Tableau dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements
Analyse business processes and identify reporting needs
Work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Support the design and development of Tableau dashboards
Validate delivered solutions with business users
Perform data analysis to support business decisions
Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Create clear documentation including user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
Support UAT activities and coordinate feedback
Requirements
Commercial experience as a Business Analyst
Hands on experience with Tableau
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience working with reporting and analytics projects
Understanding of data models and SQL
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Experience in Agile environments
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience in financial services or consulting
Knowledge of Power BI or other BI platforms
Data warehousing knowledge
