## About the Role
This is a hands-on Tableau role for someone who can turn raw data into clean, reliable, business-ready dashboards that support banking stakeholders in making faster decisions. The role will sit at the center of a client-site engagement for a top PSU bank in Mumbai.
## Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for business and operational reporting.
- Translate client requirements into clear visual stories and usable analytics views.
- Work closely with stakeholders at the client site to understand reporting needs and improve dashboard adoption.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and presentation quality across dashboards.
- Support ongoing enhancements, fixes, and ad hoc reporting requests in a fast-moving banking environment.
## Requirements
- 1+ year of Tableau experience.
- Comfortable working from a client site in Mumbai.
- Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Understanding of reporting, dashboard design, and the importance of clean execution.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, BFSI, or enterprise reporting.
