About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and creative Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment, technology, social media, and building a strong talent pipeline.
You will get exposure to domestic technology hiring, niche/high-end technology recruitment, employer branding, and creative talent engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for India/domestic hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other innovative channels.
Work on hiring for high-end technology skills such as Oracle Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Salesforce, Workday, Integration, and other niche IT technologies.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable technical profiles.
Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand skill requirements and hiring priorities.
Create engaging recruitment and employer-branding content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Support creative campaigns for hiring, employee branding, events, and talent engagement.
Continuously explore new recruitment tools, platforms, communities, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Ideal Candidate
02 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment; freshers with strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
Good understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in technology and IT roles and willingness to learn technical concepts.
Creative mindset with an ability to develop engaging recruitment content.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude, high ownership, and willingness to experiment with new sourcing approaches. .
