Talent Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer generation.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to attract and engage top talent.
