Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, you will be responsible for volume hiring, end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and playing a crucial role in talent acquisition processes. Your duties will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, offer raising, and onboarding candidates.

Qualifications Required
- Possess employer branding skills
- Demonstrate expertise in volume hiring
- Experience in BFSI hiring is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
