Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, you will be responsible for volume hiring, end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and playing a crucial role in talent acquisition processes. Your duties will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, offer raising, and onboarding candidates.

- Conduct volume hiring for the organization - Manage end-to-end recruitment process - Enhance employer branding strategies - Source and screen potential candidates - Conduct interviews and assessments - Negotiate offers with selected candidates - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
