Talent Acquisition Lead (Contract)

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Lead with 8+ years of recruitment experience, including a proven track record of hiring CXO and C-suite executives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, executive search, and end-to-end recruitment across technology, consulting, AI, analytics, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and strategic positions, including CXO, VP, Director, and senior management roles. Partner closely with founders and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning. Build and execute executive search strategies using multiple sourcing channels. Identify, engage, and assess high-calibre leadership talent. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates. Coordinate interviews with senior stakeholders and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment updates. Ensure timely closures while maintaining high-quality hiring standards. Required Qualifications 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. Demonstrated success in hiring CXO/C-suite and senior leadership roles. Experience recruiting for AI, technology, consulting, analytics, or enterprise services organizations is highly preferred. Strong executive search and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. Preferred Skills Experience hiring for global markets, including the US and Europe. Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and executive sourcing expertise.
