01Responsibilities
Proactively source data from
marketing, conduct market research, and generate leads.
Identify market movements (new
startups, funding, listings, leadership changes, etc.).
Make cold calls and connect with
potential non-IT clients for business acquisition.
Develop IT client database and
explore opportunities in HR implementation tools (Staffing & Recruitment).
Focus on acquiring and engaging
with startups, mid & small-sized product and service companies.
Coordinate and assist in HR tool
implementation for clients.
Follow-up consistently and work
towards achieving defined sales targets.
02Requirements
12 years of experience in
Business Development, preferably in Staffing or HR Industry.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada /
Hindi / Telugu / Tamil).
Strong market mapping, analytical
and research abilities.
Prior experience in cold calling
and lead conversion.
Strong understanding of HR tools
and staffing lifecycle.
Self-starter with a hardcore
business mindset and a drive to achieve results.
Willingness to work from office in
Indira Nagar, Bangalore.

Exposure to handling HR software
or tools.
Existing client database in
