01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill those needs.
- Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent employees.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, and making offers.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using various tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or other ATS platforms for tracking candidate flow. .
