Talent Acquisition Operations -4 years - Gurgaon/PuneLocation- Gurgaon / Pune (Viman Nagar)Summary-Contribute to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment operations with strong focus on candidate experience. Manage end-to-end requisition lifecycle in an ATS, coordinate interviews, support post-offer activities (BG checks, onboarding) and act as liaison between candidates, recruiters and stakeholders. Work within defined processes on tasks of low to moderate complexity and support continuous improvement.Your Future Employer-A leading global insurance broking, risk management and consulting firm with a large global service centre footprint in India and strong emphasis on quality, compliance and employee development.Responsibilities1. Create and manage requisitions in an ATS; maintain accurate requisition lifecycles.2. Schedule/manage interviews and coordinate candidate communication across recruiters and stakeholders.3. Support post-offer processes - offer sign-off coordination, background verification handover and onboarding activities.4. Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide timely updates on hiring status.5. Understand and follow Process Maps, SOPs and RACI; suggest improvements when gaps are identified.6. Produce and maintain recruitment-related data and dashboards.Requirements1. 4 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition operations.2. Bachelor's or master's degree (any discipline).3. Hands-on experience with at least one ATS/Recruitment module (PeopleSoft, Taleo, Workday, iCIMS or similar).4. Strong verbal and written English; comfortable with direct stakeholder interaction.5. Good Excel skills - able to manage datasets and build basic dashboards; exposure to basic macros/MS Forms/SharePoint automation is a plus.6. Familiarity with hire processes in India and post-offer activities (BGI, onboarding).7. Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.What is in it for you1.
