Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your network within the BFSI sector to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Maintain updated records of candidates and the recruitment process
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or operations with multiple banks
- Experience with multiple broking firms or Life Insurance (Bancassurance only)
- Strong professional network within the BFSI sector
