We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Interns to join our recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Post internship opportunities on job portals and social media platforms
Source and screen candidate resumes
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates
Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
Submit daily work updates and reports
Support recruitment and other HR-related activities
