Key Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.Connect with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.Convert leads into active clients and close staffing agreements.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful and timely delivery.Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Requirements - 23 years of Business Development experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Industry is mandatory.
Proven experience in client acquisition and B2B sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth. Immediate joiners are preferred. .
