The ideal candidate must have the below :-
3+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced product, startup, or scale-up ecosystem.Comfortable discussing modern software Testing lifecycles, Mastery of complex Boolean strings and alternative sourcing strategies.Experience managing and optimizing modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Zoho etc.The ability to influence hiring managers, manage expectations, and empathetically close tough candidate offers.
