About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record in hiring for sales roles. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring, with a primary focus on sales recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage candidate engagement until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality of hire and adherence to timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in hiring for sales roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional, confident, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
