Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending offers. You will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting the best talent for our organization.
Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to management Skills and Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using job boards and social media for sourcing candidates Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks .
