Key Responsibilities
Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT positions.Learn and assist in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams.Assist in lead generation and business outreach activities.Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.Maintain recruitment and business activity trackers and reports.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of hiring requirements.What You Will Learn
