Were not looking for a conventional Talent Brand Manager. Were looking for someone who can own a creators business, opportunities, relationships and growth.

What Youll Own
1. Revenue & Business Growth
Manage inbound brand and agency enquiries.Understand briefs, negotiate commercials and close deals.Build relationships with brands and agencies.Proactively create new opportunities and grow the revenue pipeline.2. Build the Creator
Understand the creators content, audience and positioning.Identify new collaborations, formats, categories and business opportunities.Think beyond managing the existing calendarhelp build what comes next.3. Creator Relationship
Build a strong, trusted relationship with your creator.Understand their goals and recommend opportunities that genuinely support their growth.4. Campaign Execution
Own campaigns from brief execution delivery.Coordinate with creators, brands, agencies and internal teams.Ensure timelines, quality and client relationships are maintained.
Who Are We Looking For
Someone who:
Understands creators and brands.Has strong communication and negotiation skills.Can sell, close and follow up aggressively.Thinks commercially and moves fast.Builds genuine relationships.Takes complete ownership.Brings new ideas without waiting to be told what to do.Wants to build something, not just complete tasks.
Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships or brand partnerships is preferredbut hunger, ownership and commercial instinct matter more than a fancy CV.
