- Assume responsibility for the client/stack center portfolio focusing on the Indian market
- Develop strong knowledge of relevant talent pools & Ciklums strategy to adjust recruitment focus accordingly
- Apply all relevant methodologies to access & attract top talent for Ciklum & its clients in India
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists in international companies, recruitment agencies
- Strong experience in Boolean, X-Ray Searchers Expert in sourcing talents through LinkedIn, Github, Kaggle, Stackoverflow
- Experience in candidate selection, interviewing
- Experience in direct search and headhunting
- Ability to lead the full cycle recruitment process
- Advanced level of written and conversational English
- Strong Negotiation and persuasion skills are mandatory
- Positive attitude & result-oriented approach
- Membership in HR forums like NHRD etc is preferred
- Experienced in driving any TA initiatives are preferred
