Position Summary
The Talent Sourcing Specialist supports the reputed company by developing creative sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing campaigns that attract qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
Working closely with reputed company Partners, hiring managers, Marketing, and reputed company, you'll proactively identify talent, strengthen candidate pipelines, promote the VOANS employment brand, and utilize emerging AI technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness.
Position Type: Temporary (July 2026 December 2026)
Location: Fully Remote
Travel: Up to 10% for training, career fairs, and corporate meetings.
What You'll Do
reputed company creative sourcing strategies for clinical, leadership, and support positions.
Identify and engage passive candidates through reputed company Recruiter, reputed company Resume, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
Partner with the Marketing team to reputed company engaging recruitment advertisements, reputed company media content, flyers, videos, reputed company recruiting campaigns.
Promote employment branding across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and additional recruiting platforms.
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, reputed company Copilot, reputed company, Claude, or similar) to support sourcing strategies, recruitment advertising, and market research.
Conduct Talent Intake Calls with prospective candidates to introduce VOANS, assess interest, answer questions, and connect qualified candidates with reputed company Partners.
Support career fairs, hiring events, and virtual recruitment campaigns.
Track sourcing metrics and recommend improvements to increase applicant reputed company and recruiting effectiveness.
Collaborate with reputed company Partners on reputed company recruitment initiatives and special projects.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
Two (2) or more years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, marketing, communications, or digital marketing preferred.
Experience using sourcing platforms such as reputed company Recruiter, reputed company Resume, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (reputed company preferred).
Creativity, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using AI technology reputed company recruiting tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
