As a Tally Prime Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the overall financial stability of our organization. As a Tally Accountant (GST Specialist), you will oversee GSTrelated activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations, and contributing to the financial wellbeing of our company.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Management:
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter financial transactions into Tally Prime, maintain organised documentation, keep records accurate and uptodate, create basic vouchers such as purchase, sales, debit note, credit note, payments & receipts.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, investigate and resolve discrepancies, maintain cheque books and manage postdated payments.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Track invoices, payments and outstanding balances; communicate with vendors and customers to resolve payment queries.
General Ledger Maintenance: Post journal entries, reconcile subledgers and maintain accuracy in the general ledger.
Financial Reporting: Prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements; present reports to management for decisionmaking.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records; monitor stock levels and reconcile physical inventory with system data.
Batchwise Details: Track production, purchase and sale of each batch; ensure traceability for quality control.
Expiry Date and Batches: Monitor expiry dates, ensure proper rotation to minimise wastage, maintain detailed records for recall.
Price Lists and Multiple Price Levels: Create and maintain price lists for products; manage multiple price levels for different customer groups.
Storewise Inventory Reports: Generate reports to optimise stock replenishment and transfers; analyse data to inform decisions.
Formula Manufacturing: Oversee formula manufacturing processes; keep detailed records of ingredients and production batches.
Job Outsourcing and Costing: Coordinate outsourcing tasks, track progress; calculate and allocate costs accurately.
GST & Income Tax Management:
Tax Compliance: Assist with calculation and filing of GST, TDS and other taxes; stay updated with regulations.
GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, monitor Input Tax Credit, reconcile with returns.
GST Reports: Generate, review and validate GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR2B; resolve discrepancies promptly.
EWay Bill Creation: Create and maintain records of EWay Bills for interstate and intrastate transportation.
EInvoicing: Manage generation, transmission and reconciliation of EInvoices, ensuring compliance.
Income Tax Compliance & Reports: Prepare and file income tax returns and reports; address inquiries and collaborate with authorities.
TDS & TCS Challan Creation: Create and reconcile challans for TDS and TCS, ensuring accurate remittance.
Employee Payroll Management:
Maintain accurate payroll records including attendance, leave and overtime.
Calculate salaries, deductions and bonuses; generate payslips.
PF and ESI Management: Ensure compliance, calculate contributions, prepare returns.
Statutory Management: Stay updated on labour law and statutory requirements.
AttendanceBased Salary: Create monthly salaries based on attendance, verify calculations.
Salary Disbursement: Oversee timely payment of salaries.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using Tally Prime accounting software.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
