Tally Implementer (Field ) (Pune)

Role & responsibilities Our company provides Tally software services to business customers. The candidates role is to support customers using Tally software. The job involves guiding customers in the use of TallyPrime, helping them during implementation, answering their questions about TallyPrime features and functions, and resolving any problems they face while using the software. The candidate will be part of our Tally Field Support team and will provide support over the phone, through remote computer access, and by visiting customer locations whenever required. Preferred candidate profile The candidate should be prepared for the FIELD JOB. The desired candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of TallyPrime software and its modules. He / She should have good communication skills and customer handling skills. Good knowledge of taxation and inventory management will be a great advantage.
