01Overview

The Tax Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role with the autonomy to solve complex problems and contribute to the overall management of tax liabilities. Your role will involve applying analytical thinking, attention to detail, and professional judgment in interpreting data and results. Effective communication and diplomacy skills are essential for exchanging potentially complex information.Your responsibilities will include executing functions from the Non-Income Tax Reporting taxonomy, such as VAT/GST reporting, business tax inquiries, and controversy management. You will support tax liability management, compliance, financial reporting, planning, and controversy processes. Additionally, you will assist in compiling information for non-income tax filing requirements and resolving problems using autonomous judgment. Your role may involve process redesign, data compilation, and regular reporting as the accountable owner.To qualify for this role, you should have 4-7 years of relevant experience, hands-on experience with Non-Income Tax Consolidation, and international taxing VAT/GST experience. You should possess strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required for this position.As a Tax Intermediate Analyst, you will operate within defined parameters, manage processes, reports, and procedures with limited supervision, and exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
