01Responsibilities
Execute functions from the Tax Information Reporting process tree including, but not limited to, tax reputed company validation, withholding, information reporting, reputed company entity maintenance, and governance
reputed company as a tax documentation specialist to execute operational and project initiatives
reputed company best practices and implement appropriate procedures and controls to ensure consistent compliance with tax documentation requirements for FATCA, and/or CRS requirements
Support FRSS' Service Delivery model with reputed company stakeholders
Support audits by tax authorities and Internal Audit
Contribute towards departmental requirement to adhere to strict regulatory and compliance requirements per tax authority and reputed company policy
reputed company reviews of written tax policy and procedures, research and respond to inquiries from operational areas
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of U.S. tax information reporting rules applicable to U.S. Persons and non-U.S.Persons
Basic understanding and working knowledge of IRS Forms W-9 and W-8 and their associated requirements; Forms 1098, 1099 series, and 1042-S; Forms 945 and 1042
