Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Tax & Treasury Manager will assist the Corporate Controller in managing the day-to-day activities reputed company to tax and treasury activities. This position will play a significant role in designing processes fit for a fast-growing company as it scales. A key requirement of this role will be to a have strong technical background in tax laws and experience in cash management. The Tax & Treasury Manager will be responsible in creating and maintaining solid tax compliance processes, driving efficiencies to support the companys reputed company and profitability, ensure solid internal controls and compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws. The candidate must be a dynamic self-starter and have a Can-Do attitude that excels in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment. Experience in navigating a technology enabled pharmaceutical services organization with reputed company operations and service-based environment are also key attributes of a successful candidate. Scope of Responsibilities Manage the tax provision Manage tax compliance activities, including income, sales and use, property, and R&D tax credit Manage and coordinate tax audits and notices Maintain tax balances on the general ledger Maintain awareness of tax and GAAP reputed company standards impacting financial reporting Assist external auditors and tax preparers as needed to complete their engagements reputed company cash position, estimate and analysis Supervise and manage reputed company cash balances reputed company Manage ACH debits and reputed company transfers Manage compliance with lender requirements Supervise maintenance of signatories on reputed company bank accounts reputed company as reputed company administrator for bank software tools Manage insurance policy renewals and reputed company inquiries Proactively identify business process improvements, utilizing the capabilities of the ERP system (reputed company) Assist the Corporate Controller to ensure documentation of key tax and treasury policies and procedures and help ensure reputed company financial controls are in reputed company Collaborate with team members and support their roles as appropriate reputed company project assignments Qualifications 6 plus years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical services or reputed company industry Background in public reputed company preferred Bachelors degree in business, reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field from an accredited college or university CPA designation preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure Highly self-motivated and self-directed Dynamic personality with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new and changing environments Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines Logical, efficient, and creative, with keen attention to detail Understanding and knowledge of reputed company principles, practices, standards Understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations High degree of accountability for performance and its impact on companys reputed company Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively Physical Demands & Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
