01Responsibilities
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Tax Compliance: Ensure that all tax filings (Income tax, Qualified tax, TDS etc.) are accurate and submitted on time.
GST Compliance: Ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR 3B, GSTR 1 etc). Handling & Conducting GST audits and responding to tax queries and notices.
Statutory Compliance: Adhere to statutory requirements under the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other relevant laws.
Payroll Processing:
Salary Calculations: Oversee the calculation of salaries, ensuring accuracy in deductions for taxes, provident fund, and other contributions.
Payroll Disbursement: Manage the timely disbursement of salaries and wages to employees.
Benefits Administration: Handle employee benefits such as leave encashment, bonuses, and incentives.
