We are currently inviting applications for the following positions: Social Science Teacher French Teacher Hindi Teacher - SOCIAL SCIENCE TEACHER Role Summary The Social Science Teacher will be responsible for creating meaningful and inquiry-driven learning experiences across History, Geography, Civics and related areas of Social Studies. The teacher should help students connect classroom learning with society, culture, current affairs and the world around them. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons aligned with the school curriculum. Develop students' understanding of History, Geography, Civics and contemporary social issues. Use inquiry, discussion, debate, projects, case studies, maps, timelines and experiential learning approaches. Encourage critical thinking, research, interpretation of evidence and informed expression. Integrate Indian Knowledge Systems, local context, heritage and cultural perspectives wherever appropriate. Design differentiated learning experiences to address varied student abilities and learning needs. Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students. Maintain appropriate lesson plans, assessment records and student progress documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary projects, assemblies, exhibitions, field visits and school events. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and learning needs. Work collaboratively with colleagues, coordinators and the academic leadership team. Contribute actively to the professional and academic culture of the school. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Social Sciences or a related discipline. B.Ed. or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Strong command of English. Sound understanding of age-appropriate Social Science pedagogy. Preferred Experience Previous teaching experience in CBSE, Cambridge, IB or another international curriculum. Experience teaching upper primary or middle school students. Familiarity with inquiry-based, concept-based and project-based learning. Desired Competencies Strong subject knowledge. Excellent classroom management. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to make Social Science relevant to real life. Creativity in lesson design. Collaborative and reflective approach to teaching. Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic development. - FRENCH TEACHER Role Summary The French Teacher will develop students' confidence and competence in listening, speaking, reading and writing in French while nurturing an appreciation of Francophone language and culture. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate French language lessons. Develop students' listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Build vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and conversational fluency progressively. Create an interactive language-learning environment using conversations, role plays, songs, stories, games and multimedia resources. Encourage students to use French confidently during classroom interactions. Introduce relevant aspects of French and Francophone culture. Design differentiated activities for students at varying levels of language proficiency. Conduct formative and summative assessments and monitor student progress. Maintain lesson plans, assessment records and appropriate academic documentation. Prepare students for school-based language assessments and external examinations, where applicable. Support language-related events, assemblies, competitions and cultural programmes. Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues. Participate in curriculum planning, professional development and school activities. Essential Qualifications One or more of the following: Bachelor's or Master's degree in French, or Recognised French language qualification such as DELF/DALF, or Equivalent recognised qualification demonstrating appropriate proficiency in French. A B.Ed. or recognised teaching qualification is preferred. Preferred Experience Previous experience teaching French in a recognised school. Experience with CBSE, Cambridge, IB or international curriculum. Familiarity with communicative language teaching approaches. Ability to teach French as a second or foreign language to school-age learners. Desired Competencies Strong spoken and written French. Clear pronunciation and effective communication. Ability to create a lively and interactive language classroom. Robust classroom management. Creativity and enthusiasm for .
