Key Responsibilities
Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries. Coordinate training and development programs, maintain training calendars and attendance records, collect training feedback and prepare reports. Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related data. Organize employee engagement activities. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required, arrange travel bookings, accommodation for employees, maintain travel records and expense details. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures. Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and confidentiality. Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Who Can Apply
