Team Lead - Vendor Management

We are looking for a Team Lead Vendor Management to oversee vendor partnerships, commercial negotiations, and procurement operations. The role requires a commercially driven professional who can build a strong vendor ecosystem, negotiate favorable commercial terms, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead a team to ensure seamless execution of business requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Vendor Management Build, onboard, and manage relationships with vendors and external partners.Develop and maintain a strong vendor network across relevant categories.Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, and service delivery.Ensure timely resolution of vendor-related issues and escalations.2. Commercial Negotiations & Procurement Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms.Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.Support vendor selection, onboarding, contract renewals, and procurement activities.3. Stakeholder Management Partner with internal business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement support.Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and regular updates.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.3. Operations & Compliance Ensure timely delivery of products and services through effective vendor coordination.Maintain procurement documentation, contracts, invoices, and compliance records.Ensure adherence to company policies, procurement processes, and quality standards.4.
