Job Title :Team Lead Accounting Job Location :Coimbatore No of Openings : 2 Qualification :CA- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Knowledge of various taxes like Income tax, GST, PF, ESI etc. Knowledge on IndAS, ICFR, Companies Act etc. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Experience :2 TO 5 Years Salary ;(Negotiable for the right candidate) Description : SUMMARY: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain and record financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records. Directs financial activities at Hirotec by performing the following duties. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Analyzing and reviewing the Project Financials monthly with the Project managers 2.Assist the Manager in Monthly closing activities including Preparation of profit and loss statements and Balance sheet and schedules thereof 3Assists Operations with cost and revenue reconciliations. 4.Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. 5.Analyze and review budgets and actual expenditures 6.Assist in preparing budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. 7.Assist in analyzing revenue and expenditure trends and for recommending appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control. 8.Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients. 9.Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies 10.Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the companys automated financial systems. 11.Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. 12.Establishes, modifies, and coordinates implementation of control procedures. 13. Audits contracts, orders and, vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiated individual transactions prior to settlements 14.Assisting in analysing and taking sufficient steps to ensure that the Companys assets and employees are properly insured 15. Monitoring the Cash flow of the company and proper management of cash and highlighting the borrowing requirements as and when needed 16.Focus on Advanced Technology and provide inputs for efficiency improvements 17.Coordinate with Team members to do all Statutory filings in time. 18.Other duties as assigned ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff 2. Assisting the Manager in Management of Day today Accounting function 3. Interact with Purchasing and ensure Accounts payable are properly recorded in time and Accounts payables are managed well 4.
