Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead/ Advertising Manager specializing in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, based in Chandigarh. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms to drive performance and achieve client objectives. Responsibilities include audience research, creating compelling ad copy, analyzing campaign performance, and adapting strategies to maximize ROI. Plan and execute complete SEO strategies for overseas clients. Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Must have leadership qualities to lead a team of 10 members. A Team Lead is responsible for guiding and motivating a team to achieve day-to-day tasks and company goals while ensuring high performance and collaboration. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, someone who can make informed decisions, manage tasks effectively, and support team members in achieving their best results.
Qualifications
Must have 02 years of experience in team handling.Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present results and strategies.Expertise in Marketing to design and execute result-oriented campaigns that drive conversions.5 years of experience in Advertising, specifically managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO while staying updated on the latest trends and platform features.Project Management capabilities to handle multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and optimization.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance campaign performance.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and achieving measurable outcomes in advertising campaigns. .
