- Proficient in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed
- Proficient in Selection of Test cases, rightly suitable for Automation considering automation selection criteria's
- Need to be proficient in Performing SIT & UAT Test Execution
- Should report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA
- Should have valuable verbal and written communication skills along with strong Logical thinking
- Must be a good learner and self-starter, and also a team player
- Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites
Requirements
- Preferred exposure in Health Insurance/Motor Insurance/ Travel Insurance/Property and Casualty
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in core Software testing
- Should be able to prepare scenarios and derive test cases from the same
- Should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification and mitigation
- Knowledge of writing SQL queries, databases and running of basic SQL queries
- Should have hands on experience on Test Management (like Quality Center) and Defect Management tools like (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Education: Any graduate with an IT background .
