Strong expertise in end-to-end RCM processes Hands-on experience with CMS1500 forms In-depth knowledge of denials management and resolution
Proven reporting and analytical skills
Excellent client communication skills
Minimum 2 years of on-paper Team Lead experience
KeyResponsibilities
Lead and manage AR team operations effectively
Drive performance, productivity, and quality metrics
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of denials
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders/clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle processes
