01Key Responsibilities

Serves as a resource on project and work assignments; employs basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding. Assists others team members to identify, track, and resolve project issues. Monitors and communicates project status to the project team. Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines. Assists with managing project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk. Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on the other experiences to enhance the projects success. Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors, measures, and communicates with the Project Manager on the status of specific projects and assignments. Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Minimal level of relevant work experience is required. Key Responsibilities & Role Description Lead supplier onboarding and supplier master data management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, sourcing teams, and suppliers to gather effective inputs for smooth process execution. Manage and resolve escalations related to supplier onboarding, master data, and procurement systems. Facilitate brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Proactively monitor procurement systems, identify issues, and drive corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted operations. Track and report supplier onboarding KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Support change management initiatives and ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and compliance requirements. Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives across procurement teams.
