We are looking for a reliable and motivated Team Lead for ourOperations Support department in Pune to support the ongoing development of our local operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, leading and developing a growing team, and ensuring efficient administrative and operational processes.

Lead the Operation Support Team in pre-planning language courses and official language exams across international school locationsOwn end-to-end operational processes from scheduling and resource planning to quality control and continuous improvementIdentify bottlenecks, define standards, and make sure every step in the process is documented, understood, and followedAct as the central interface between school locations, internal teams, and external partnersDrive the setup and refinement of workflows that scale as our network growsAt least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in operations or project coordinationStructured, reliable, and independent working styleFluent in English, German at B2 levelStrong communication skills and intercultural competenceGood PC and MS Office skillsBased in PuneThe opportunity to grow with a dynamic international projectA varied role with operational responsibilitiesLong-term cooperation with potential for growth and developmentA supportive and inspiring international team .
