Position: Senior Team Leader Location: Thane Process: Real Estate Salary: Up to 35,000 (InHand)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in the Real Estate BPO process.

• Drive team performance to achieve sales and process targets.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance reviews.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of Team Leader experience in a BPO.

• Experience in Real Estate or Sales process preferred.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Ability to motivate teams and deliver results under pressure.
