This role will act as the governance and process controller for Hire-to-Retire operations, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant execution of HR transactions through a centralized shared services model. The incumbent will manage a team of 34 HR Operations Specialists, drive service excellence through defined SLAs, KPIs, TATs, monitor helpdesk and ticketing performance, and partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Technology and Business stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
