Role Description The Team Lead Loan Processing & Client Coordination is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees end-to-end loan processing, including documentation review, data validation, and coordination with lenders and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals. The Team Lead will manage two teams handling case files, track application status, resolve operational issues, and maintain explicit communication with clients throughout the financing lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include structuring and organizing loan proposals, monitoring compliance with lender requirements, maintaining process checklists and MIS reports, and proactively following up to drive disbursals. The role also includes refining workflows, training team members, and supporting management with insights on process improvements and client experience.
