Manage stakeholder relationships across multi-role, multi-location technical teams, overseeing priority issues, daily operations, capacity, performance, and production support Design, implement and improve frameworks for Medallion Data Engineering in Microsoft Fabric Lead teams providing L2, and L3 support for Fabric, Azure, Talend, Tibco, SAP HANA, Qlik, and SLT applications Monitor and enhance system availability and KPI adherence Guide process improvements and ensure operational excellence Plan and execute support schedules, application patching, installation, configuration, and upgrades Drive team performance for timely and accurate delivery Identify training needs, provide coaching, and recognize achievements Identify and design automation and improvement opportunities across our data platforms Education :
