Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for handling Property & Casualty claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the transition process from one system to another, ensuring seamless handover of responsibilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex underwriting issues related to P&C; insurance policies.
- Develop robust communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management on claim status updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in Banking Operations or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of Property And Casualty Insurance, including claims processing and underwriting principles.
- Excellent team leading skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Transition management processes with attention to detail.
