Hiring | Team Lead P&C Insurance | Mangalore Mangalore | Immediate Joiners Only P&C Insurance experience mandatory 2+ years Team Handling experience on paper is mandatory Max CTC: 7.5 LPA (based on last CTC + applicable hike) Key Requirements Proven experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Experience in Underwriting and/or Claims is preferred Minimum 2+ years of team-handling experience must be reflected in official employment records Strong people management, leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint Ability to understand complex documents and reportsExperience supporting onshore teams and handling queriesStrong attention to detail and ability to identify/report irregularities Insurance certification such as INS/LM is an added advantage UAN verification will be conducted.
