To analyze the current scenario of any system and highlight certain issue like order placement,which required immediate response and track the critical problem like margin unblocking&, monitor it an manage the escalation situation.2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.3. Interaction with Business partners , Branch, clients and help to solve their operational issues ondaily basis4. Team handling and assistance on calls/ emails / chats/ whats app chats.5. Handling cases which are received through Social media, Grievance cell, compliance6. Handled 70 interactions per day through Calls / Emails/ Chats/ Whats app chat.QUALITY ANALYST1. Calls /Emails / Chats Monitoring.2. Coaching and training the team where necessary.3.
